Costs are based on your needs. VMP Consulting is available for as few as 10 hours per week or up to 30 hours per week.

As a local government professional with 30 years of progressive experience in many areas, I enjoy challenging positions where I can use my existing experience and achieve new skills. I had the honor and privilege of benefiting from the outstanding organizational, administrative and professional skills of Ms. Michelle Parker- Evans in her capacity as Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. Serving as our clerk, Ms. Evans effortlessly managed the schedules and demands of five elected officials, supervised her own staff, responded to daily requests from the public and coordinated the work of the Durham County Board of Commissioners with the County Manager and County Attorney and their respective staff. Ms Parker-Evans is a highly trained executive leader and I was fortunate to work with her for many years.
